Honestly, I have not noticed any deindexing for my niche sites. As long as you have good content, you should be good. Build a Niche Store seems to have more problems than PHPBay Pro.

Hi Xarj, thanks for this post.

I’m interested in phpBay, but I’ve read that Google does like web sites build with this plugin.
Most of them seems to be deindexed.

Are you experiencing this problem with your phpBay web sites ?
What’s your thinking about this rumor ?

I paid back phpbay in 15 days ! Now it pays back every 2 days!
Actually I’ve stopped the advertising program on my blog… Too complicated to run and not enough demand so I took it down.

Man you shouldn’t need any extra incentive to start you niche store! If you want to make money than start a niche store!

OK so i’ve been looking up some niches and other reviews on phpBAY, and I think next month I will start a new website and give phpBAY a spin. The part that I am hanging on is the cost of phpBAY ($79) and whether it will pay for itself on a couple small (5-10 posts per month) niche sites that are deep niche terms.

So I was wondering, if i do decide to get this going next month, if i buy phpBAY Pro through your affiliate link would you run a text ad for the niche site on your website? I saw that you charge $20 for text ads. That way phpBAY would be about $59 for me, plus get a link to the new niche site once i get some blog posts up. That would be enough incentive for me to give it a whirl.

Sorry for putting this all in a comment and constantly bugging you, lol, but i’m trying to make sure that if it doesn’t convert well, i dont lose much and get a learning experience.

thanks for the info. I bookmarked this page and phpBay’s page, and if I decide to build a new website if I find a niche i like, then i’ll give it a try. If I do end up getting it, i’ll make sure i still have the cookie so you get your $23.70 commission =) …A good article always rewards the author!

Honestly there is only one niche store that I put a lot of effort into and that’s working REALLY WELL! I have posted about 10 articles but have stopped a couple weeks back and I’m still making as much money as before.
Ideally, I should continue to post new articles once or twice a week but I have no time now. So 10 posts did the trick for me! When I think about it, those long hours of work are REALLY paying out right now. Especially if nothing changes and I continue to make 35 dollars a day!

sounds great, thanks for the quick reply! I never even thought about wordpress’ regular use of cloaking. And one last question that you didn’t quite hit upon in your response – approximately how many different articles/blog posts do you have spread across the 5 niche sites? Thats a pretty important piece of information I’d need to do the math and estimations when considering starting a niche site. I know its hard to track and probably a lot, but if you have a ballpark figure…I’m loving this website!

Hey Mike!
I have about 5 niche sites which are making me 35 bucks a day average.
I really don’t see how google could detect the link cloaking unless it visits the link which has a nofollow attribute. Wordpress uses link cloaking too! Instead of ?=453445, they turn the links into pretty permalinks.
